M Schumacher: has an excellent team behind him who do everything for him, all MS needs to do is keep his car on the black stuff. Has a great eye for the big picture, knows where every other car are at any given time, which makes him so good.
Barrichello: I've never considered him to be anything much. He has good days and bad days, many more bad days.
Coulthard: Too soft. MH was always .5 sec faster, can't win like that. A good #2 who can win a couple of races per season, but not more than that.
Räikkönen: inexperienced, but I believe he will beat DC right away. Kimi is going to be faster than his teammate right from the beginning.
R Schumacher: surprised last year by being able to win races. I didn't think he would ever be able to do so. Takes a lot of pressure from external influences, like JPM . That's why RS is so easy to push to make mistakes.
JPM: makes mistakes. He is fast, and tries to look cool, but still makes a lot of mistakes.
Heidfeld: I've never considered him to be anything much, and neither does McLaren as their choice of drivers shows. Only Peter Sauber values him, no one else.
Massa: A wild one. Destroyed 2-3 cars during winter testing, he has a lot to learn and has to slow down if he is to survive this season.
Fisichella: makes a helluva lot of mistakes. Fast, but goes off the track too often. Still the best Italian.
Sato: I don't know him, don't expect anything from him. With Jordan because of Honda.
Villeneuve: has lost his motivation a long time ago.
Panis: in the same situation I was a couple of years ago. Had to make radical team change/switch. Drives now for the same positions he always has.
Trulli: quite OK. Driven well with each car that he has worked with. Fast, but still loses concentration at some point in the races and loses his grip.
Button: I've never considered him to be anything much, starting from day one of his time in F1. Drove a good season at Williams, but the car was good and his teammate got podium finishes, not just points like JB. Hasn't shown anything and lost his interest when the car was bad.
Irvine: the wrong man to be Jag's #1. They need someone who is used to being #1. Fast, but has the wrong attitude towards his work.
de la Rosa: Better in races than in qualifying. Drives good races, but it is difficult to have good results if you don't have good qualifying results.
Bernoldi: I don't consider him to be anything much. Can't keep it on the track -- any track!
Frentzen: experienced and fast, but let's his car slip to walls and gravel traps on his own.
Webber: a nice guy. I only know he is from Australia and drove Alan Docking F3 after me.
Yoong: has been behind us 6 sec at each test. Enough said.
McNish: talks more than drives . A lot to learn. The way he is going he won't have time to race because he talks so much.
Det verkar som Mika Salo inte har speciellt höga tankar om någon av griddens förare. Ska bli kul att se Salo starta längst bak i fältet den här säsongen med alla sopor och medelmåttor (enligt honom själv) framför sig
