Technical Delegate’s Report
Between 10:00 and 15:00 today the following cars underwent preliminary scrutineering:

All the above cars were found to be in conformity with the safety requirements of the 2010
FIA Formula One Technical Regulations.
A seal was broken on the gearbox of car number 11, driver Robert Kubica, in order to
change the differential cap seal.
This was done in accordance with Article 9.5.2 of the 2010 FIA Formula One Technical
Regulations.
A seal was broken on the gearbox of car number 17, driver Jaime Alguersuari, in order to
change the differential actuator piston seal.
This was done in accordance with Article 9.5.2 of the 2010 FIA Formula One Technical
Regulations.
A seal was broken on the gearbox of car number 21, driver Bruno Senna, in order to
change the differential cap seal.
This was done in accordance with Article 9.5.2 of the 2010 FIA Formula One Technical
Regulations.

TECHNICAL DELEGATE’S REPORT
After the first free practice session:
It was checked that all cars did not exceed 18000 rpm during the first free practice
session.
The fuel pressure of all cars during the first free practice session was checked.
A fuel sample was taken from car number 09.
After the second free practice session:
Car numbers 06, 08 and 25 were weighed.
Car numbers 06, 08 and 25 were checked for the following:
1) Bodywork around the front wheels
2) Front wing height and overhang
3) Rear wing height and overhang
4) Front and rear wing width
5) Rear wing configuration
6) Rear bodywork area
7) Rear winglet height
8) Stepped bottom
9) Overall height
10) Overall width
A front wing deflection test was carried out on car number 06.
An offset front floor deflection test was carried out on car number 06.
The tyres used by all drivers during the sessions today have been checked.
A fuel sample was taken from car number 21.
The results of fuel analyses show that the fuels were the same as ones, which had been
approved for use by the relevant competitors prior to the Event.
All the above items were found to be in conformity with 2010 FIA Formula One Technical
Regulations.

TECHNICAL DELEGATE’S REPORT
Before the qualifying practice session:
It was confirmed for all cars that the nominated gear ratios for use during the reminder of
this Event belong to the 30 numerical change gear ratio pairs declared to the FIA technical
delegate at or before the first Event of the 2010 Championship.
The thickness of the brake discs of all cars taking part in the qualifying session was
checked.
During the qualifying practice session:
Car numbers 04, 20 and 24 were weighed.
Car numbers 04, 20 and 24 were checked for the following:
1) Bodywork around the front wheels
2) Front wing height and overhang
3) Rear wing height and overhang
4) Front and rear wing width
5) Rear wing configuration
6) Rear bodywork area
7) Rear winglet height
8) Stepped bottom
9) Diffuser height
10) Diffuser width
11) Overall height
12) Overall width
Fuel samples were taken from car numbers 15 and 18.
After the qualifying practice session:
Car numbers 02, 03, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11 and 12 were weighed.
Car numbers 02, 03, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11 and 12 were checked for the following:
1) Bodywork around the front wheels
2) Front wing height and overhang
3) Rear wing height and overhang
4) Front and rear wing width
5) Rear wing configuration
6) Rear bodywork area
7) Rear winglet height
8) Stepped bottom
9) Diffuser height
10) Diffuser width
11) Overall height
12) Overall width
The chassis identification transponders have been confirmed for the top ten cars.
The maximum distance between the adjacent rear wing sections at any longitudinal plane
was checked on car numbers 02, 03, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11 and 12.
It was confirmed for car numbers 02, 03, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11 and 12 that any vertical
cross section of bodywork normal to the car centre line and situated in the volumes
defined in Article 3.8.4 form one tangent continuous curve on its external surface with a
radius no less than 75mm.
The position of the rear view mirrors has been checked on car numbers 02, 03, 05, 06, 07,
08, 09, 10, 11 and 12.
A front wing deflection and linearity test was carried out on car numbers 05, 08, 10 and 11.
An off-set front floor deflection and linearity test was carried on car numbers 05, 08, 10
and 11.
The logged pressure within the engine cooling system during the qualifying sessions was
checked on car numbers 02, 03, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11 and 12.
It was confirmed for all drivers taking part in the qualifying session that they have used
their sealed engine.
The units locking status was checked on all cars.
The logger usage was checked on car numbers 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11,
12 and 17.
Software version checks have been carried out on all cars.
Gear shift data checks have been carried out for car numbers 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07,
08, 09, 10, 11, 12 and 17.
The gear shift configuration of car numbers 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12
and 17 was checked.
Engine protections were checked on car numbers 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10,
11, 12 and 17.
The maximum throttle target was checked for car numbers 02, 03, 05, 08, 10 and 11.
The driver torque demand map gradient was checked on car numbers 02, 03, 05, 08, 10
and 11.
The front wing adjustment was checked for car numbers 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09,
10, 11, 12 and 17.

Är det någon som fattade vad som hände i depåstoppet för Nico och MS? Rosberg var ju bara tio före ms då han gick i depå så han kan ju omöjligtvis kommit ut före ms på banan efter sitt 3e stopp, Janne funderade på detta under sändningen men fick ingen klarhet i det...är det någon som vet nått?
Schumi gjorde ju en kanonstart men tyvärr åkte han ut på gräset i andra kurvan och det avgjorde nog rätt mycket för hans del. Sen undrar man ju vad Merceders håller på med, missar däcken på Rosbergs bil och sen tar de in MS i depå så han kommer ut före BUEMI och får ligga där och tappa tid med nya däck....Hade de stannat ute två varv till så hade han ju kommit ut före...Det är ju inte direkt första gången som Merceders gör på detta sättet.
Känns ändå som Ms är lika snabb i racen som Nico och det gläder mig.
Red bull tappade titeln idag så enkelt är det, jag hoppas jag har fel men de hade alla möjligheter att låta Mark vinna och när han var på väg i kapp så kom SC ut på banan och sen var det kört.
