The word on the street at yesterday's launch of the Le Mans Endurance Series in Paris was that Jacques Villeneuve and Alain Prost are both looking around for drives in the new four-race championship. The races will be at Monza, Nurburgring, Silverstone and Spa and the top eight finishers will win automatic entry to the Le Mans 24 Hours in 2005. The series is being organised by a new company called the Le Mans Endurance Series Organisation which involves representatives from the Automobile Club de l'Ouest, the ALMS and promoter Stephane Ratel.
